Has anyone done the 'No Hud' display yet?

As I am stuck at work for the next 8 hours and then will have to take care of family business when I get home, I will not be able to play GT v.1.05 for at least 12 hours right now. I did read there is a 'No Hud' option now. Is this only for the interior view or does this also work for bumper cam? If it does work for bumper cam can you still at least see your speedo and tacho?

Also, I know this may be discussed in the 'version 1.05' thread, but I don't want to have to browse through 50+ pages of "downloading right now!" comments to find it. Thanks
 
I tried it in interior view quickly, it's awesome! :D Though I thurned it back on because I was driving with the controller.. :lol:

I didn't really bother to check all the settings for it though, just saw "Off" and clicked that.
 
Amazing job with the updates indeed. This is one feature I always looked forward to. HUDless option or to set what you want to display. PD is truly doing a great job with the constant updates and making improvements. Seems like Kaz and his team are really listening to their customers. Thanks a lot!

It also works with bumper cam, and no in this view you can't see your tacho.
 
I tried it earlier too. Cockpit view is awesome without the HUD cluttering things up. Same too for bumper cam.

There are two settings.

One of those gets rid of just the tacho/speedo etc leaving just the timing and map, and the second option turns everything off except for the map.

This was tried out on Nurburgring 24hr.
