No - and it won't, ever. The Gran Turismo series is one of the few games that is guaranteed to sell consoles (well, maybe not GT Concept, but that's different), and there's no way Sony (through Polyphony Digital) will do anything to endanger that.
We did a huge thread on this a while back - there was a rumour kicking around, to which Sony responded with a very strong 'No'.
