It's shouldn't be possible, the change propagated already.

If you want to make sure for your region, just try to send a 1 mil + car. It doesn't matter whether or not you've gifted for the day, it should say something to the effect of "this car cannot be gifted" (this means the code change took effect).

If it says something like "you've reached your limit for the day" then you're not affected yet for whatever reason.

didnt they say cars OVER 1million? then that should mean cars that cost 1million dont count. and no u cant gift more than two cars.

Yes, it's cars with a new car value of over 1 million cr. If you're sending a glitched car that isn't available in the NCD, you have to take the UCD value and compensate. A new car with a UCD value of more than 950K probably can't be sent.

My God where in the 1.07 PD Update did it say I couldn't trade from multiple accounts on my ps3 they only mentioned you couldn't trade cars over 1 million. God PD now limits me trading on my own PS3 from the accounts i created PD=BIG DOUCHEBAG BROTHER !!!!
