There is no negative reputation thread. We have experimented with blacklists of bad players in the past, and they have not ended well.
There is a provision within the reputation thread for negative reputation to be included. If you have had a bad experience with someone, you may contact the creator of that thread PRIVATELY and relate your experiences; the thread can be update accordingly.
