Has PD reduced the grind?

With the 1.06 update you can now race Bobs against friends - this brings in a serious amount of cash with 6 shared drivers and, I think, eliminates the need to grind for cash.

If PD update the Seasonal Events as regularly as they say they will then surely this will add enough variety in A-Spec races to avoid the grind of levelling up.

What do you think? Are they using these improvements as a means of addressing the endless grinding issue?
 
Probably but you never know. PD might be using it just to keep people interested in the game or possibly both. Only PD knows what there trying to do. (although some times I think they don't)
 
I noticed they lowered the A-Spec prize money but tripled the EXP! Finally got to lvl 32! : D

Im just grinding A and B spec before I get internet connection on my PS3 so that I got lots of cash when I update, then later I can drive for the XP to lvl up ;)
