Has the 1.06 update failed for anyone else?

Just like the title says my 1.06 patch failed on me, (what a surprise 1.05 did too), so the 2nd time around I was forced to download all of the patches which summed up to about 1.3 gigs of data. Now what has me confused is that all my replays and pictures are now gone. Does anyone know of a way I can get them back? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I downloaded it this morning without a hitch.

If your game data file(game data utility) says todays date then you can't get them back because if the game data is lost(not save data) you lose images and replays, of course if you exported all your images then it would have made no difference.

OK got it thanks for clearing that up its a shame though I had some awesome photo finish replays =(
