has this ever happened to someone? go in pit lane and not stopping

I was playing an online race recently, 20 laps, with tire wear on.
about lap 14, I pull into pit late for some new tires, I don't want fuel, so I set that to zero, and leave the tires on Sports: Soft. I hit OK, and my car just keeps driving through pit lane, MF didn't stop for the tire change!

this is obviously some kind of bug, but has it ever happened to anyone else?
I did a few searches for this but couldn't find anything relevant...

I was too afraid to pit again so I just did the last 6 laps very carefully, heh.
 
Yeah, it's happened to me online at Daytona.

It happened if you enter the pit either too fast or outside the lane (you hit wall, cut grass, etc)

More weird thing is I saw my friend's car enter the pit and its just stop there.. The pit crew only stand around the car... Maybe the crew were on strike, lol

No, it doesn't. If you do so, you won't be even given the option of selecting tires and fuel.

I guess he just gave up the race (didn't confirm the tires/fuel screen).
 
It happened to me on the Laguna Seca Endurance Race as well. I think I entered the pit lane too fast.
