Has v1.09 fixed the insufficient space [841]?

Has anyone who had the insufficient space error tried v1.09? And if so does GT5 now work for you? I have been unable to get online for a while now and really sucks because I am sharing some cars that I really need, like my GT Formula!
 
The lack of replies has me thinking that nobody wants to update anyways. Well I want to update so I can get my cars and drivers back!!! But I don't want to download and update v 1.07, 08, and 09 only to find out that it will still tell me that I have insufficient space and then I will need to revert back to v 1.06 again! So please someone help me out. Thanks.
 
There are ways to prolong the inevitable. This is what I would do.

Delete any duplicates you get. Cars, Paints, Cards, Tickets, etc.

Be sure to backup your saves aswell, incase it does happen, you can restore your save.

I don't want to prolong the inevitable. I want this to be fixed by pd. I bought the game but I shouldn't have to be doing random stuff to get it to work.

I am having the same problem. To answer the OP's original question, no, 1.09 did NOT fix this. Don't give me any BS about how I should delete cars and do not put music tracks on my save. I shouldn't have to worry about stupid programming errors because PD is a novice programming company. 1.09 was supposed to fix many major bugs in the programming but all it tried to do was fix the nurburgring glitch (which it didn't even succeed at).

Yes, I am slightly mad because of the progress that I had built up in this game. I spent 60 USD on something that continues to randomly crash?!

PD failed.
KY failed.

The only thing they succeeded at was stealing $60 from me without providing a legitimate product or service in return that they advertised. I can garantee that it will not happen again. I hope more people learn how rushed and incomplete their games are.

Oh, by the way, don't bring up something about with the whole earthquake deal. That story is getting tremendously old and it did not hit PD's office or get anywhere close to it for that matter.

**** happens, stop crying and get a refund for your faulty item.
 
I think you'll find I never got the error when I downloaded 1.06, It was in the correction of known issues.

I Just find it to be BS that they can't fix this problem! I bought the full game and I want to be able to play the full game! It's completely unthinkable for me to start from scratch again seeing that I'm already level 30 aspec and 28 bspec!!!
