Have a graphical question - it might be my LED TV

I have a samsung LED TV. Here's my question. When I start up GT5 and it goes into that video that it plays when you are in the first menu screen, some times it shows a video of a futuristic city with white roads and white buildings and shows cars driving down the streets. When this happens, the cars seem to have this weird black outline on the bottom of them like some weird aliasing effect or like something is wrong with the shadows. It doesn't look right, does this happen for everyone or is it my TV?
 
yes, I get it every now and then.
