Have adjustable time/weather for ALL tracks

I posted a similar suggestion a few weeks ago but I did not have my facts straight. I asked for adjustable time/weather for time trials and was informed that the feature does exist. I giddily went home to try it out- on five of my favorite courses- and the option did not work for me. I have been racing trial mountain for 15 years and I would love to come out of the final tunnel and be greeted with a sunset or have the whole dynamics of the track changed by adding a coat of water to the surface.
 
I'm sure Gran Turismo will have this eventually. You can see that GT6 already has more than GT5 and almost surely they wanted to add it to GT6, but maybe time was an issue.

They certainly could add gradually through updates, but I don't see it happening in GT6. Maybe on GT7...
