In addition to all 17 Color Shift paint chips (including the rare Aurora & Azzurro Nuvola Iridescente, and Formula Chameleon Green chips), the MNPII & MNPIII chips, and both the Mercedes-Benz Matte AMG Monza grau magno and the Lexus Matt Black, I also have all of the following special paint chips:

4/15 UPDATE: Thanks for all the trades, I now have all the museum cards I need lined up, as well as all the LV Car Tickets, and NASCAR ticket. So I am no longer interested in those.

However, I'd still be willing to consider group car tickets like:

• Classic Muscle Cars
• Modern Muscle Cars
• Rally Base Cars
• Historic Rally Cars
• Intermediate Rally Cars
• NASCAR Cars

BTW: If you also use MGT to keep track of your garage and your friends garages, you can use their latest feature, Car Trading Advisor, which will create a list comparing both your garage and mine and let you know which cars you have that I don't and vice versa.

I am not picky, just interested in eventually having at least one of every car, so if you have one that I don't that you want to trade I'll be happy to discuss trading options with you.

Yes. We get 10 cards a day. Special paints are much harder to come by and far more valuable commodities in the marketplace than museum cards. In fact, unlike paints, there are no rare museum cards.

...and I am already trading with another person who has all my missing cards. I'm simply looking to complete my set sooner rather than later by trading with others as well, or trade for tickets instead of museum cards.

Uh... maybe for the guy trading special paint, as 5-10 cards are free each and every day, where as it takes a long time and effort to get special paints.... and clearly others don't agree with you as I have made this trade twice already in the last 2 days.

I didn't take a long time for me to get most of the special paints and it didn't take a lot of effort. I traded paints for museum cards at a ratio greater than 5:1

Riigght...., and Hell has a hockey team called the Flying Pigs. That or the people you traded with that got 5 sp paints for just one museum card must have thought you were the ultimate mark. Good for them.

Look, I could care less what you claim, I know for a fact how easy museum cards are to come by and I know for a fact there are NO special rare museum cards, and I already am getting museum cards from people who aren't even asking for anything in return...as anyone who actually has museum cards knows there is no benefit to having multiple cards, which is also why MANY people even gift them for free.

In fact I know no matter what, I'll have all the museum cards in just over a month without any additional trading. The ONLY reason I'm even offering additional trades is to simply speed up the process, and help someone out who wants a special paint and like thousands of people, could care less about duplicate museum cards.

Regardless, if you or anyone else thinks it's such a "bad deal", they should feel free to make their own threads offering 5 sp paints for just one museum card... I'm sure they'll get plenty of interested traders, heck, even though I have all the sp paints I would even be more than willing to trade a SINGLE museum card for 5 sp paints... as that truly is a GREAT deal! Too good to be true in fact.

Bottom line: If you want to trade with the terms I have already offered, great. If you don't then you have no place participating in this thread, as I have no interest in negotiating a better deal for you. It isn't an opinion based thread, it's a trading thread in the marketplace for ONLY those interested. Clearly you are not, so stop trolling!

And to prove how "rare" and "special" paints are, as soon (within a few days) as I have finished all the colourshifts I'll be giving them away. Thats how rare and special they are, not very.

I'm not sure what was up with those two, and hopefully no one got fooled by their shenanigans, and clearly some were not as I was able to line up and make all the necessary trades for the remaining museum cards. 👍

Also, just to clear up some facts:

I have all the mattes (24) which you don't even have completed

Actually MarcosChelas is wrong. I do have all the Mattes, and there are only 22 "Special" mattes. The other two (AMG Monza grau magno, and Matt Black) are not special at all. They are manufacturer paints, both of which can be easily attained through the Dealerships at any time

• Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG '10
• Lexus LF-A '10

And unlike the actual Special paints, those two are also part of the pool of random paint chips given out every day.

Which is why I also never listed them as they are not the Gran Turismo "Special" paint chips, but they aren't even rare.

In fact, all but 3 of the Color Shift paint chips are equally easy to get, as those 14 chips can be easily gotten through the Dealerships.

Only the following 3 Color Shift paint chips can only be gotten through the purchase of a car in the UCD or randomly given out:

• Aurora Nuvola Iridescente (Alfa Romeo 166 2.5 V6 24v Sportronic '98)
• Formula Chameleon Green (TVR T350C '03)
• Azzurro Nuvola Iridescente (this is slightly easier to get as there are 4 Alfas that can have this paint chip):
  • 147 2.0 Twin Spark '02
  • 156 2.5 V6 24v '98
  • 166 2.5 V6 24v Sportronic '98
  • GTV 3.0 V6 24V '01

In fact, it's for similar reasons why many people want to trade for the Midnight Purple II & III paint chips, as they also can only be randomly given out or bought through the UCD, and each is only available from one car:

• Nissan Skyline GT-R MNP II (R34) '99
• Nissan Skyline GT-R MNP III (R34) '00

However, unlike the Alfas, these cars only come painted with each of those paints, so when they do show up in the UCD, you are guaranteed to get those paints. The Alfas can and do come up in the UCD with different paint chips, making those harder to get.

The point is there are LOTS of paints that are "rare" that can only be gotten through the daily random rewards or from getting lucky and finding the car with that paint chip in the UCD....and for those interested, I have all of the ones already mentioned here and more.



Regardless, I have updated my first post to reflect the changes, now that I have made trade agreements for all the remaining missing museum cards, as well as a few of the level car tickets.

Now I am currently willing to trade for the other car tickets I listed in the first post, as well as any of the cars missing from my garage. I added a link to my garage for those interested in trading.
