Having difficulty with buttons

A few times today, when I tried pressing on the "Alerts" button on my phone, nothing happened. The box wouldn't drop down. Additionally, I couldn't reply or add someone's post to the quote list. Is anyone else experiencing this on the mobile site?

Sometimes a lack of network connection is the cause for that type of thing.

That would indicate that the JavaScript for the page hasn't loaded, which would be due to a slow network connection.
