What up guys? I'm not sure if this goes here but thought it was worth a shot. I cant seem to break the rear tires loose by break or throttle drift on my S.S. Sprinter. I have tried many diff. settings with no sucsess and I'm getting really frustrated. :banghead: If any one could help it would be very appreciated.

 All hail GT Planet

try N1's front and rear, they should be the easiest to break loose.
have you tried feinting? if not, try it and see how things go. how much hp do you have? whats your setup? do you have all aids off?

BAH?! Whats up with that camber? :scared:

christ, reduce your camber to 2.5-3.6 front and 1-1.8 rear.then put the same tires on the front and back. dont mix tires. thats a big no no.
also try 7-9 front spring rate, and 4-7 rear rates.
BTW all that unnessecary camber is what is giving you understeer. there is no need at all for that high of camber. stick under 4 front and 2.5 rear.
with that high of camber, your contact patch is like nothing, which is why you cant do anything in it. try out what i said and come back.

your camber is the definition of understeer. that might have something to do with it. i dunno whose ass you pulled it out of either...i mean, if they suggested that to you, you didn't get the sarcasm. that, or they just need a slap in the face.

i think you'll find that just adjusting your camber to a reasonable level will give you dramatic results in your favor.

good luck, and don't hesitate to use the search feature. 👍

Give these settings a try , they seem to work really good let me know what you think
racing exhaust , race brakes and brake controller , n2 tires , and LSD
Spring rate f 9 ,r 7
ride height f 80 r 80
Shock bound f 8 r 4
Shock rebound f 8 r 8
camber f 2 ,r 1
toe f 0 , r 0

brake controller f 9, r 24
lsd leave at default

stabilizers f 5 ,r 5

Hey metal_751, I'm really diggin those settings but with sports medium tires and different LSD setings.(Lets me get the smaller angle and faster drifts) Thanks a million.

Not just the camber. Rolla's a light car, there's no need for your shocks to be that stiff, it only promotes less travel in the suspension, and more understeer. Unless you're feinting like a madman, that's probably why it won't break loose...

So you've got OTHER settings now? Especially for race drifting? Cool, post them up, not only tyres but he whole suspension stuff please?💡 I'll give race drifting a try then:sly:

Edit: Come on Captain Trips, that message almost felt like spamming lol, 86 or trueno doesn't matter ONE TINY BIT!💡

I just got my Hachi (haha I didnt say AE86 or Trueno), and it drifts great! You got the turbo kit, but I fear the lag on that car, so I went with all-motor. It has 240 hp after the oil change!!Oh yeah....yes I know hachi-roku is "86" in japaneese
