chaos can you help me

1. Get an program that lets you make animated gifs.
2. Paste the pic of the car with normal headlights on 1st frame.
3. Open MS Paint or whatever u use to make manga cars and put brighter colors of the car lights.
4. Paste the the pic with the bright headlights onto the 2nd frame.
5. Make it repeat.
