Great video! and major kudos for doing it with a stock BTR. It's hard to pass on the ring and you made sure to nail the important turns to keep everyone behind you.

As for tuning.... more camber in the rear, ballast in the front, and tweaking the LSD seems to tame the car down. It's got amazing speed and gobs of front end grip...so once you deal with that power oversteer it can be one of the best cars in the game to drive.

Thanks to everyone who commented. I'm glad people still enjoy this, I certainly enjoy remembering the feeling I had in the race. 👍

Right now I only have one BTR (4 Yellowbirds though ), maybe when I get a second one I'll try my hand at tuning it, but I think the Yellowbird has much more potential since it's soooo fast when you can put the hammer down. The BTR doesn't have similar explosive acceleration on the straights (as you can see against the BMW in the video) but it's still a really fun car to drive stock. Like a Yellowbird-lite, feels really similar but is much easier in every respect. :)

Excellent video and control of BTR. Count in another Porsche fan!

I've got an off-topic question though. Can you please explain how you save your replay videos for using them in a computer? I tried to save the data on a usb stick but it didn't work. My next move is to record the replay while it is "played" by PS3 and record it using a home dvd recorder... very raw but I cannot think anyhting else. Can you help?

Thanks!

Actually that is the only way. You can't export the replay files as videos themselves, you have to record them somehow. Most people use capture cards but I think a dvd recorder will do just as well.

Great driving. I'm addicted to this video and no matter what I always come back to this thread to watch it. I must also mention the really appropriate song you've picked, it is not too loud or shouty and just goes on accordingly with what happens on track. Well done.
