HD PVR in Japan

I've been looking at getting an HD PVR for my Xbox and PS3 needs. Since my youtube channel has begun to take off I really want to get a quality recorder for it. I currently live in Japan and would rather not use my credit card since my parents still monitor it and I don't think they would approve. Even though i'd be monetizing my video's to make some revenue. Does anybody know where I could get a HD PVR in Japan? I considered looking around Akihabara but I don't know the area that well. So I have decided not to do that until I know what i'm getting.

but they seem to not have a input output function so I wouldn't be able to play and record at the same time. Defeats the purpose. Unless I can get an HDMI splitter. Which i've heard are really hard to find. but do prove me wrong :)
 
Are you looking for a PVR, or a capture card for your PC? I am kinda confused to be honest.

I am looking for something like the Hauppauge HD PVR. I'd prefer to get the Hauppauge but I can't seem to find it unless it's online.
 
There are 2 versions of the the Hauppauge HD PVR.
One is the normal edition and the other is a gaming edition.

My recommendation is go with the normal one(you will need to get a PS3 cable that has YPrPb on it).

I too am looking for the Hauppauge HD PVR, just need the cash first.
