HD Quality Concerns HELP

Hello all-

I have a question regarding the HD picture quality of GT:P.

When playing (for first time) yesterday I noticed some jumping and blinking in the game. It's most notable far away from the vehicle (in the distance up track while using "incar/dashboard view"). Most notably at suzuka, the starting grid lines look to be flashing/jumping.


The in car graphics are amazing, but i'm a little dissapointed in the above mentioned issues.

I know people on this board know tons about HDTV's, quality, ect.

Can you explain why this happens or possibly diagnose the problem i may have with my settings?


I have a Samsung 42" DLP (2006). It's 1080i I believe. In-games options show it set to 1080.
Anything i could adjust to imporve quality???

My honest opinion is that there are simply still glitches in many aspects of the game that PD has to work out. I have noticed the same graphical glitches from time to time. But if you compare GT HD to GT5P Demo to GT5P you can see the incredible progress that has been made. With at least a year (I'm guessing at least 18 months) more in development I'm sure many of these issues may be resolved by GT5. But, don't forget the stuttering, screen tearing issue that remained in GT4. There is always give and take.
