HDTV Tuner Suggestions

Any suggestions for a good HDTV tuner? Specifically, one with onboard encoding and good sound quality.

My mobo has:

AGP Slots None
PCI Express x16 2 x PCI-Express x16
SLI mode: x8, x8
Default (single VGA): x16, x1
PCI Express x4 1
PCI Express x1 1
PCI Slots 3

And one PCI e slot is taken by the video card.
