Head Tracking without PS Eye

Hey guys I have a PS Eye and tried the head tracking on GT5. It sucked major ass a far as detecting my head movement and sometimes it even moved by itself. Anyway, I love being able to look to the sides, is there any way to do it without the PS Eye? Like mapping it to the right analog for example?

If there is a way, how do you do it?
 
Why track your head? Have you ever lost it ?
 
It works fine here,but only being able to work in arcade is a big disappointment for me

Do you have a wheel? its automatically mapped to the 2 buttons on the G25 where you can look to the sides.

also,do you have enough lighting,and did you set up the face tracking in the options,there's some options to get it to track better

Just map it to the analog stick by going to the options (bottom right in GT Life).

I have this triple monitor setup on my pc,its class stuff but way not worth it just for GT5 especially the x3 ps3 part

I managed to get it done for a reasonable price and it's worth it to me. If/when I desire I can sell the PS3’s and get a good chunk of my money back to put towards a good PC. I enjoy it quite a bit and get a lot of use out of it. :)
