In about the same way the 320i touring car counts as a "tuner" car for a regular 3-series... so no. Let's just stick to the cars that are clearly in the tuner garages :).
 
I'll be picking the top 10's tommorow morning, sorry for the delay, didnt hav time. So if anybody wants to get any more entries in, do it now.
