Headphones or Speakers

I use my speakers when i'm too lazy to hook up my headset. I wonder is there a sound blaster card that will let me use the audio jacks on the top of my pc tower? I hate going behind my PC to hook up my heaset. btw my tower is a thermaltake armor so it's ginormous.

I have my PC wired up to my HiFi system (using a Tangent Amp-100 amplifier) , it plays through a pair of Eltax Concept 180 floorstanders which are taller than some of my younger relatives. Sounds loud, very loud.

not too cheap, not too expensive (around 50 bucks!?)
i'm no geek in this area, my mp3s are all encoded in 128 since i don't hear any difference anyway, but i'd like the sound to be clear even at high volume (rock/metal) and they should have some nice bass.

Do you want open or closed cans? Closed will have better sound isolation (noise-canceling), but open are more comfortable and usually have a more natural sound; especially if you're just using them in your own house.

Anyway, you can't go wrong with Sennheiser PX100's (open) or PX200's (closed)

I have a set of Altec-Lansing 2.1's that are great (mooched for $20 off a roomate). And for headphones I steal my mom's Sennheiser HD-414's.
