The idea for this trailer was to show an alternate mood for Heavy Rain. IMO this is how Heavy Rain should have felt. Dark and edgy. None of this Jason/Shaun, crap. It should have been about dynamic characters solving a crime and chasing after a killer. No gimmicks. No dreams. Just gritty crime solving.
I think this idea would make a good op ed. Watching The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo I kept thinking, this is how Heavy Rain should have been. Crime solving, dynamic characters, in a believable word. Certain scenes you have control, others you don't. I think the direction Heavy Rain went was wrong, even if the premise for the game was "right".
