I'm a bit wishy-washy on the sound overall. Don't get me wrong, it sounds better than any Honda or Nissan out there, but it is certainly no Carrera GT when it comes to automotive symphonies....

That thing has nothing on a S2000! :sly:

The 0-60 MPH time it has can be done.

I believe it when I see it! Reason being, the Saleen S7 TT has less horsepower then that, and that thing can't hook up till third gear with those huge steamroller tires on the back. This car is going to be useless in the first couple of gears!

Missing a comma that's all. The 0-60 time it has, can be done.

That still really doesn't make a lot since.

It should either be "The time has been done" or "The time can be done."

I'll believe it when I see it, to be honest, anyways.

The 0-60 MPH time it can be done.
Oh really? Well, in addition to the Saleen S7's traction problems already mentioned, the Bugatti Veyron has only once to my knowledge been proven to be able to perform 0-60 in 2.6. The Ultima GTR had a similar time, but it has far less BHP, which solves traction concerns. Can it be done? Sure. Can this do it? Most likely not.

That is true. But it is also true that it wasn't designed first hand to be straight-up fastest in top speed, like, say, the XJ220 was.

...which is pretty much where this will end up in terms of how it stacks up against its contemporaries. The fact that they gloss over any mention of chassis engineers leads me to believe that they don't exactly have the best chassis desing planned. It may miraculously attain that low 0-60 time, and it might top 270 MPH in some desert somewhere, but I don't think Melling knows what it means to create a "Ferrari-beater". He's just an engine designer, not a car designer.

The car also looks like poop. It's your generic front-engined supercar (like Marcos).
