Although I joined the website yesterday, I have only just discovered this forum. Jordan posted some questions users might like to answer on this forum. So I shall spend a little time doing just that. My name is Craig, and I am from Dartford Kent, in England. I started playing Gran Turismo in 2000, when I was seven years of age. I do not play with a steering wheel, I've always preffered using an analogue controller. Steering wheels are to cumbersome in my mind. Other games I enjoy are most other racing games really, as long as they are decent and worth playing. My favourite game of all time would have to be Need For Speed: Most Wanted. Actually I have completed it three times over. And lastly, I hope to contribute to the community here and share my interests with others. :)

Welcome aboard. :)

After many years of visiting the site, I too decided to register correctly on the (final) eve of the GT5 launch.

I've been playing GT to since the first edition on the PS1 many years ago now. I can still (faintly) remember my first lap on the High Speed ring at a mates place. These days it's all business with a recent upgrade to G27 after a good 12 months on with the trusty DFGT. Jordan, the contributors and the members have such an excellent site in GT Planet, it's wonderful the community is so passionate about all things GT.

For other games - I've had a soft spot for GRID in additon to GT as the online component was a real stand out in terms of atmosphere when people raced fairly even though the physics were pretty arcadish compared to pro physics of GT.

Looking forward to contributing to the community, sharing experiences and hopefully finding some good friends to race with post Nov 25 (Aust. Launch).

Hope to see you on the track.

Cheers
Jas :)
