I'm not actually new, per sé, but read the header and it seems we don't have to be totally new to introduce ourselves on here. So here goes...
(I also noticed that nobody ever gets a reply on this sub-forum so I can say anything and you won't actually care)
My name is Rikki. I am 30yrs old.
I have been playing GT since the beginning.
I found GTPlanet by typing "Gran Turismo Forums" into Google, like everyone else did.
I have a hot temper and have lost at least one control pad with every iteration of GT since the first. Have yet to do so with GT5 but came close recently while enduring the inimitable torture that is B-spec.
I use a DS3 controller atm but plan on changing to a steering wheel in the near future.
I also 'enjoy' FIFA11 but see my point about breaking control pads, as mentioned above.
I hope to enjoy these forums for many years to come, seeing as I've paid for a 'lifetime' Premium subscription...
Now, I'll sit back and watch this thread drift off into silent oblivion*
