Helmet Question - Please Help

Can anyone tell me what helmet this is? Is it available in the US version of the game? How can I get it?

This picture came from IGN's screenshots. One of the action photos in the game guide shows this helmet too. I've used a codebreaker to get all gold licenses and complete all events just to see if I could find it but didn't unlock it.

That would be Shinya Nakano's helmet. I don't recall seeing it, but it seems like I saw someone mention that it was not in the NTSC version.

It's the Arai SNC RX-7 RR4 A / Nakano Replica Green (Shinya Nakano) model.

It and the red version are not in the North American release, they are awarded as prizes in the Japanese version for winning race A of the Street Machine Cup – Stage 2

Foul! Shame on you PD! What difference would it make if we could have this helmet? So what do we (US) get that the Japanese version doesn't have?

At least I won't spend anymore time trying to find it in the game.
