Help a n00b plz

Hey all, ive had GT4 since release and at about 30 percent i got a dreaded "Corrupt Data" file.....so i had to restart from my friends 18%....problem is now that im kind of stuck and i need help passing driving mission 23, the Skyline Draft one. I have tried numerous time but i either get too far away from the other ai cars after the first draft....or i always end up about 1 second or less behind the leader as i pass the finish.....if someone could please help me with this i would greatly appreciate it...and im sorry if this has been posted before but i could not find it. Thanks again

check the thread Mission Hall is a ****. there are videos for every mission.
