Help adjusting height in VR mode

I cant find any info online about adjusting height while in vr. I've seen how to adjust it while not in vr, but the option menu is missing in vr.

I feel like a kid driving my mom's car with the steering wheel way in the air.

Use the recalibrate position button (hold down options button)

If you duck down a bit while resetting the position, you will end up sitting higher when you sit normal again. (screen may black out though when your head intersects the roof of the csr, experiment a bit)
 
Could also try adjusting the height of your camera.

Haven't used mine for a while do to GT sport's VR limitations but since the last VR update, which allows you to use any car in your garage, it's fantastic when in my playseat with my t300rs.

Might have a go later after the F1.
 
As above , use the option button to calibrate using the DS4 , adjust where you hold the controller to get the view you want :)
 
Check your camera is positioned correctly and you're sitting within the recommended distance range. If all else fails sit slightly lower in your seat while calibrating, then sit up for driving
