Help can't access Driveclub store

I've recently bought a PS4 which comes with a physical copy of Driveclub. I tried the game played a couple of race events and earned some fame. After 2 or 3 hours of gameplay I tried to download the free DLC for the game unfortunately it didn't work. I tried to search online for my problem and apparently it seems that the DLC only works when purchasing from the ingame store. So i tried to access the store and a massage appears "This content cannot be selected at this time".

Please help :(
 
Never mind, I managed to solve the problem myself. But just in case someone else have this problem in the future make sure that the account is the same region as the game ( just because its written CUSA on the side of the case doesn't mean that the game is a US copy).

CUSA + Twelve digits: Europe

CUSA + Five digits: Americas

PCJS: Japan first party

PLJS: Japan third party

PCAS: Asia first party

PLAS: Asia third party
