Help - Can't find a folder.

I'm trying to install an "icon-color removal" program, and this is the message I'm getting..

"Disappear is a little utility that makes the background of Windows 95 icons on the desktop disappear. To use the program just place it in the ‘Startup Folder’. When it runs at startup the icon text backgrounds will disappear. To make the background visible again just remove the program from the ‘Startup Folder’ and restart Windows."

Now, where would I find the "Startup Folder"?
 
The start menu. Start -> All Programs -> Startup.

Just drag it into there.
 
Well if it's Win95, try.
c:\Windows\start menu\programs\startup
Or maybe
C:\Windows\profiles\<whatever username>\programs\startup

They are the same thing, you know.

It depends on how you've set up the user accounts. I haven't used a Win9x machine for a while.
