Help From a Bike Expert Please?

I got these two dics, dont know what brand. On my wheels I have the standard 6 bolt fitting but these have 5 and are waaay spaced out. Im sure there should be an adapter around but Im stuck because I dont have any info on these.

Can anyone tell what they are just by looking or give me any information?

They are Hope 5 Bolt Rotors.

I'm pretty sure there is no way to convert them to a 6 bolt pattern.
