Help! G27 issue

Hi guys.

I got my G27 wheel (I only play GT6) for Christmas 2013. About a month ago, the wheel would not sit straight. It would calibrate etc but sit off centre by 40 degrees, so to travel in a straight line I had to effectively turn left.

I have done a bit of research and it turns out that it is due to the optical encoder. The gel has melted and there are screws lose, or something like that lol.

From what I read you can sort the problem out, but as I am still under the one year warranty, will it cover this problem? If so how do I go about getting it replaced.

I would suggest you try the seller first. if it was a shop they should replace it for you as it is under warranty.
