Hi everyone.
What's the best value for grip.
What if any consequences I get by lowering or increasing this values.

Please post them in numbers not in Hex or GS2 values.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks Heydu.
The problem is I have a car that does arround 320 m/h top speed,
And accelerates very fast, but when I hit the corners the tail is all over the place.

Is there any slot in the .ini file I can change to solve this?
By changing the grip can I solve this?
What values should I put?
Possitives or negatives?

Heydu is spot on.

"Grip" is NOT Tyre Grip. It's a suspension component. If you set grip to 1 on any car and give it a drive, you'll see what I mean - ever been on a fishing trawler in a Force 9? :D

The only way to alter tyre grip is to put better tyres on - F1 T5s are the grippiest, but can look silly on most cars. There's usually a race car's T8 that's fairly close.

BTW you might like to look at http://www.fortunecity.co.uk/underworld/racing/37/gt3hybrid.html for a complete mk's/Port hybrid guide.

Put Some F1 Tires, F1 Brakes, and set your Downforce to around 2.50 Front, and 2.50 Rear.

but out of the hybrid .ini files i've downloaded, the very fastest ones, and i'm talking clean laps at midfield and laguna seca, they all had hopped up grip and downforce codes. i find i have to jiggle with those numbers too if i want to compete with people like majik in lap times. i've had to go back to the back issues of sports compact car to read up on the real deal about toe and camber and ride height, and how they all can affect the balance and everything on a race track. i've got a couple of cars in the 47 thru 50 spots in my garage that i've just been puzzling over for the last few days, not ready to make move on 'em yet. sometimes you can change the toe and camber, adjust the brake balance and it's the same as a big change in downforce, but lets you pick up more speed on the straights. lol, and those cars of mine are a mess right now.
