Help: HQ scan GTC SCPS-55903 insert

Topic says it all. I'm a long time lurker and finally decided to join since I wager some people on here could probably help me out. I'm looking for a high-resolution scan of the case insert for Gran Turismo Concept Tokyo-Geneva 2002 NTSC-J/Asia, SCPS-55903 specifically. Essentially, anyone who owns this version, let me know if you can lend a hand.

I'm still around, just not logging in.

There difference is minimal inasmuch that the 55903 is the 2nd printing of the game. 55902 came in a transparent plastic Amaray case while 55903 came in a standard black Amaray case.
