The way I understood it, Schwartz38 was offering you a free replacement, for which he needs you to send him a FR.

So, you're absolutely sure you had it, in the items list (or in the delivery truck, rather), then you've backed up, did stuff, and upon restoring the save it's no longer there?

Odd it is. Never heard that happen to anyone. I mean, if it really was in the delivery truck/items list at the time of the backup, and it had completed the save process, which it does once you receive items from your gift inbox into your delivery truck, in case you had just received it. No idea what could have happened here.

i did test it out yesterday, after backup, I used the ticket. then i restore from backup, and the ticket is there. but this morning when i try it again, it is not in the truck or item list anymore.

Using the exact same backup? Or did you make a new backup this morning, maybe after you had already used the ticket? Do you have an extra car in your garage instead?
