help in Animation Shop

Can somebody tell me how I can downsize pictures so they will fit in a 100 by 100 pixel frame, i am sick of asking people to do it for me.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

thanks............ oh yeah the version # is 1.03 by jasc software.
 
I've got version 3.04 and all I do is click on Animation on the menu bar and then select Resize Animation. You then select what size you want.
