Help! Is there a difference between these cars?

Are these cars:
Subaru Legacy B4 2.0GT ’03
Subaru Legacy B4 2.0GT spec.B ’03
Subaru Legacy B4 3.0R ’03
essentially the same as
Subaru Legacy Touring Wagon 2.0GT ’03
Subaru Legacy Touring Wagon 2.0GT spec.B ’03
Subaru Legacy Touring Wagon 3.0R ’03?
Like, if I find a drag tune for the Legacy B4 2.0GT '03, can I apply it to the Legacy Touring Wagon 2.0GT '03 and have it perform about the same? Can I take a tune from the one of the Legacy B4s and apply it to the "equivalent" Legacy Wagon?

Same engines, but the estates/wagons are estates/wagons and thus heavier. And longer.

So all parts of the tune NOT dealing with weight will work the same.

Well from dealing with the "same car" tuning in Drag racing, it will be different.

eg. GTR Black edition vs the GT academy GTR Black edition.

On paper the cars are the same. But the tunes are different (transmission wise) and the GTA version is a little slower. Check the leaderboard.

Then take into account what Famine said a sedan is going to be a little faster than a station wagon due to weight and size.

but for the most part i can interchange suspension and transmission tuning with a little modification?

^yes it will work to an extant. The Wagon's will be heavier but more aerodynamic for longer drags but the Sedan will be better for shorter 1/4 mile runs.
