Help! logitech controller not working in GT5

Hello guys! I'm having a problem with my logitech controller (this one http://www.mrgadget.com.au/catalog/l...ad-p-4262.html ) that is:
it works fine in GT 5 menus but when I start a race it just doesn't work! no steering, no aceleration, no brakes, nothing! only the pause button and then again in the menus... any help??

I've noticed while "googling" that I'm not the only person having this problem.. Is there any patch or firmware avaiable?? and another question.. If my logitech controller isn't working In gt5 (and it works perfectly in other games) if I buy one of those adapters to use ps2 controllers in ps3 will I have the same issue??

ps - If there isn't any patch or update to fix this maybe we should have like a petition sent to PD for this!

I don't see PS3 listed there.
 
Hi,

im having the same problem with PS3 upd v4.00 with dual action + GT5 ... the problem happen only in GT5

Anybody know is there a trick or an unofficial fix for this?

I have a pair of those controllers and they certainly don't work on my PS3 properly as they're made for PC games. If your losing function of the buttons then it's clearly not fully compatible, for a race at least, with GT5.
