Welcome to GTP...

Please read the stickies at the top of this forum, they contain a lot of good information that could help you... Also, remember to use the search function before starting any threads... Don't be afraid to ask questions, and please enjoy your stay...

You're English is better than some of the people here that supposedly speak it as a first language...

Monaco is opened by competing in arcade races... The more arcade races you win, the more tracks you open (they are only open in arcade mode)...

;)

To get longer drifts it all depends on your car and you. You need to take a proper line so you don't end up running of the course at the end if a drift. Two things you need, wheel spin and precise counter steer.

ho folks i bought
the gt driving force pro 900° you know
its rocking but drifting is another question i always spin out :'(
any 1 tips or tricks or something else?

It takes time to learn how to drive with the wheel... If you're comin' from the Dual Shock, it will take some trial and error to learn the differences... Don't be afraid to overpower the force feadback (throw the wheel from lock to lock) and watch some of the various vids around here that show the wheel and the replay side by side... BreakerOhio has a good one as well as Mike Le chat noir... Do a search for "900 degree" or "DFP 900" or I'm sure someone here will be kind enough to post a link to one of the aforementioned videos...

Practice makes perfect. 👍 I borrowed my friends Driving force pro for GT3 and it took me I think 3 days to get used to it.

Did u try 200 deg. or 900 deg? because it took me 1 week just to get used to drifting in 900 deg mode.Sorry j/w

Oh yea if u dont know how to put it in 900 deg. mode just hold R1+R3+select and also if u want 100% force feedback hold L1+R3+select and press it again for 60%. Good luck 👍

That is freaking hilarious... Are they marketed towards drifters in the automotive sense, or drifter in the hobo sense?...

;)

Nestle Drifters, official sponsor of the AE86 and the Drift King.

I find 900 degree drifting too hard, so I practice with 200 since I'm more used to it.

I couldn't tell you. I looked up "Drifter" with google image search a while back and that came up on like the 15th page. It was definitely funny enough to save. ;)

PS: Hobo's don't buy candy bars. They buy goods of the slightly less legal quality.

did anyone learn with just the controller, cause thats what ive been doin for months now and i still am having troubles.

i used the controller starting out and i had couple problems with it, but i guess you need to have more "feel" with your throttle control.

i learnt with it too
i practice on the laguna seca raceway
just be carreful on the gas in the turn and i think it wil work out
