Taken from the homework sheet

Select 50 opposites or elements in opposition represented by words numbers of images

Does this mean 50 elements in total or 50 pairs of opposites?
Now when the teacher showed us some projects from other students, it looked like 25 pairs.

do you mean like, dog to cat, and black to white? im not exactly sure what its stating either.

It's a bit vauge imo but if you do 50 pairs of opposites you've covered your back just incase. However I'd think that it's 50 opposites as in 50 in total not 50 pairs.

I assume "of" is a typo and you mean "words, numbers, or images."

For words, she is apparently looking for sets of "antonyms". An antonym of a word is a word that means the opposite of what the original word means. Sleaze your way through this assignment by going here...:

...entering a word, and clicking "antonym".

What the hell she means by "numbers" and "images" is anybody's guess. What, five is the "opposite" of minus five?

I am going with 25 pairs. First because I already have them, and second, she said 50 elements in opposition, not 50 pairs. 50 pairs would make 100 elements in opposition. Anyways, I am off to print them in Staples.

I can't seem to find my CD-RW. I will have to waste a full CD-R with only 50 images. :indiff:

How bout giving a little bit more info than just "your homework sheet".

what subject is it in? Science? I don't know what elements and opposites are in reference to.

By the way...this is something you ask in CLASS, NOT Gtp.

I think he would have A) aready done that or B) got assigned to do it right ebfore class ended or was just handed a sheet. I've always thought of having a Homework Thread, it would be pretty sweet, and you wouldn't need to wait until the next morning to understand a math concept or something.
