Help me with - Best IP Hider / IP Changer

Help me find the best software for free on Vista, I am searching but I would like some help as this could benefit everyone from that horrible Megavideo limit and many other things.

I don't know which ones to trust and which reviews are truth or crap.
If you know about something like this for Windows XP or Windows 7 post here so other people get this too.

Changing the IP Address just to avoid the limits of video players seems too much trouble for me as 3 other people use the Internet in my home :'(

If you don't have anything useful to say then please just don't so say anything.
