I hope I describe this as best I can so someone can help. It’s a pretty simple question.
When setting up the brackets for the pedal plate and attaching the bolts like it shows in the separate parts if you want your pedals to have more suport. Will it still fold up or no? If not any other suggestions. My plate moves up slightly sometimes when using the pedals. I want to keep it from sliding. It’s not the pedals that slide is the whole metal thing it sits on.

Also what are these part fir and where do they go. They where not attached to anything when I opened my wheel stand.
