Xbox??? Who is this Xbox??
So my mom has decided to take dance classes and ever since she is into pop music. But as we know, nowadays, pop music is crap. So, my brother and I are trying to stop my mom (and now my dad) from listening to crap such as Lady GaGa, Kei$ha, Akon, Drake etc. Anyone have any ideas to make them stop? The sad thing is, they don't know what the lyrics mean.
 
Oh, how the world has changed. Years ago it would be parents asking how to get their kids to listen to "nice" music, now it's kids wanting to change their parents music.

They can listen to whatever they want. They are grown ups after all.
 
Let your parent's be your parents. If they enjoy the music that they enjoy it is ridiculous for you to try and change them. Just listen to your own music, and don't worry about what they listen to.
 
Unless they listen to trance, in which case I'd urge you to leave home before it's too late.
 
At least they don't sing Karaoke every night. Its not bad at times but its way too loud...How bout you try listening to Abba and Queen.
 
Not all pop is bad. Infact I kinda enjoy Lady Gaga! Atleast she writes all her songs.
