ive tinkered with the parameters, alot, increasing sharpness, increasing shutter speeds. but still my pictures dont come out as brilliant as the non photo-shopped pictures> HELP ME PLEASE

Honestly, your not far off. The best way to learn how to get better is to research what each parameter exactly does. Learning how to balance the aperture, shutter speed and all the others just comes with practice. The picture of the Z drifting is actually really good, you managed to get the smoke without any of the jaggyness that ruins the shot. Just keep mixing the settings and see what you get, after a few sessions you will be a lot better.
 
That M5 shot is pretty good, but for the 350Z shot your gonna have to lower the shutter speed to get better motion, and when you lower the shutter speed you'll need to use panning mode 2 or 3 so that your pics don't end up being too blurred
