Help Needed! Only Half Throttle Response with CSR Elite.

Hey guys, please help. When I start racing everything is fine, but about 2-3 minutes later the throttle drops to half no matter it is floored or not. Restarting the CSR Elite solves it, but a couple minutes later it drops again. I have no idea if it's related to the wheel or the game.
