Help needed! Re-calibrating my GT3 RS v2

I've recently bought the gt3rsv2 wheel for use with the ps3 and I'm confused about the centering of the wheel, I'll turn it on then it starts to calibrate but then it returns to a little off center to the left. I've downloaded the manual and tried to re-calibrate but I can't tell if something is meant to happen, how long do i hold the buttons for? Will there be some sort of signal or sign on the wheel itself to let me know if its re-calibrated? Do i re-calibrate when connected to PC or PS3? Been Playing with a wonky wheel! lol

Your wheel will always stop a bit to the left when starting up (even when it is centered correctly).
You can't center it, because you're using GT3 RS V1 user's manual and GT3 RS V2 does not calibrate the same way. You have to set center like it was a Turbo S, which has similar electronics to GT3 RS V2.
 
There is a wrong description in our manual. Please download the PWTS manual and use this button combo.
 
Wow that sites a well kept secret! All the months I spent searching for all things Fanatec, I never came accross it. *bookmarked*
