I know GTA:SA was launched six years ago, but I only got it the other day. I bought it second hand (on impulse) and while I didn't like it to begin with, it steadily grew on me. The trouble was the "Catalyst" mission, the one where you have to take out the ammo train for Tenpenny. I finally worked out wha I was doing wrong (using Ryder's car as a weapon and taking out the Grove St. Families members already on-scene so that when the Ballas showed up, Ryder and I lasted about as long as it took for them to spot us), and the game started growing on me.
Unfortunately, I've hit a wall. "Just Business" is currently the only mission available to me, and I just can't eem to crack it. It's the one where CJ and Big Smoke go to talk to the Russians, but the Russians aren't in a very talkative mood. I can clear the atrium and the concourse just fine, but I'm stuck on the bike. No matter what I do, they always get me. The furthest I've made it is to the tunnel at the end of the waterway; they got me just before I went in. I admit, I've even resorted to cheating on this one, but even with the invincibility and Hitman-level proficency in weapons cheats on, the Russians are still nailing me around the time the truck drops down into the waterway.
The trouble is that I've done it so many times that I've grown frustrated with it. Anyone have any ideas on what to do before I throw in the towel?
