Hello, everyone. Well I'm very interested in become an automotive engineer, and I've been trying to find some more information about this job, without much success. I need to know what type of education is needed to become one, here in Canada. I also need to know a good institution where they train you for an automotive engineer, In Ontario.

Well, seeing how I am interested in the same career field, you might want to look at the automotive engineering programs available at the University of Windsor and the University of Ontario Institute of Technology. Otherwise, a degree in mechanical engineering (available at most Canadian universities) is your best bet.

Who cares about how to measure the displacement of a rotary? As long as you never need to work with an RX-7 or RX-8, you're perfectly fine.

But the fact your teacher didn't know what an intercooler was gave me a good laugh!
