help on posting photoshops

i just photoshopped a car, and i was just wondering how to post with the file being on my computer. help please

Look right above the Submit button at the bottom of the post, you should see a button that says browse, click it and browse your computer to find the picture.

i see it, what do you do next?

u shud be presented with 4 windows all showing the same image, 1= Photoshop Chop Orignal File 2 = Should be JPEG Version. On the right there is a drop down tab saying Jpeg or Gif, just select JPEG High or Medium and Click the Save button above it and there u have it.

Ahh...he must've saved it as .PSD. Save for web is just for big .JPEG images, etc. You could've just told him to choose .JPEG in the dropdown menu when you just save.
