I'm using an Integra R, and wondering what tires I should use for the race. The super slicks suck, it won't ****ing turn, its even worse when they get in the red. What tires should I use, and when should I pit? Or would I have to?

yo man, go to the write up section and check out the posting on this subject my friend, also look at tuning and settings and check out the suspension and limited slip, it help me out a ton with my civic type r

Thanks alot man. I took a bunch of tuning and settings posts and customized my Integra already, so maybe I just can't drive.

try setting up the car one setting at a time on the Run&Settings section. I usually use Laguna Seca as my point of refrence

Welcome to :gtp: GSR

Yea adjusting settings is a good idea 💡, if you put on settings to reduce understeer and increase oversteer that should help... :D

Leave the Slicks on the front, and put softer tyres on the rear :burnout:

wouldn't softer tires on the rear increase the grip thus giving understeer again???

I assume you want to induce oversteer, right? In addition to the suspension and LSD info you are looking up, try reducing your ASM setting. This was very helpful in my experience.

you might as well get rid of TCS and just use the LSD. It works a lot better without TCS on.

try using an original PS one controller (if u hav one). Since X isnt pressure sensitive, accelleration improves. Anyway I beat this one in a turboed Citroen rally car.

I beat it with a 276hp Integra Type R with Super-hard slicks on all 4 wheels.

Not impossible.

That's what I was planning to use. It was highly competitive in the Amateur version with just stock horsepower. Nice and easy on tires for a FWD car. A little NA tuning should make it a hot ticket for the Pro league.
A lot of people mod these FF cars up to like 350-400hp, and then complain that they are still slow and don't handle. Sometimes less is more, folks.

Yes, in most cases the less hp you have and the more handling mods that are installed, the better.
